Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites Tempe is seeking a friendly Van Driver (Shuttle Driver) to transport guests to and from the airport and to local attractions. You will greet guests, provide information about the area, and ensure comfortable, timely service.

The role requires safe driving, punctual arrivals, and the ability to assist guests with travel plans or directions. You will also maintain records of incidents and assist in maintaining a smooth guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and guest-focused service.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to assist guests with travel needs and directions.

Responsibilities

Overview

A Van Driver, also called a Shuttle Driver, drives a van or small bus to collect and deliver hotel guests to and from the airport. The hotel driver also is responsible for transporting guests to tourist areas and/or other destinations and provides information on the local area.

Responsibilities

• Able to meet all the comfort requirements of the hotel guests and customers.
• Able to drive in a safe and efficient manner
• Responsible to assist the guests in any travel or destination regarding issues by applying his/ her knowledge of the local area.
• Able to keep a record of all the incidents while driving, for example, any accidents or tickets.
• Able to ensure safe and easy travel for the customers/ guests to their destinations or to the hotel.
