Job summary

Hallcon is seeking drivers in the Shreveport, LA area for full- and part-time positions. No CDL is required, and Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training to get you started.

You will transport railroad crews safely to assigned locations, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and use navigation tools while adhering to Hallcon's safety standards. English written and spoken communication is required, with flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older.
• Current valid state-issued driver's license.
• Preferably live within 30-minute radius of the location.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle

• Flexible hours and varying schedules (not scheduled)

Pay Rate:

Starting at $12.65.
