North East Cleaners Inc. is seeking an experienced Van Driver to join our team. You will transport various dry cleaning and laundry items, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate is organized, has a valid driver license, and provides friendly customer service representing the company on the road. Previous driving experience is preferred, along with knowledge of driving laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Van Driver is preferred, but not required.
• Understanding of all relevant driving laws and regulations.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift, carry and move clothes and other items.

• Verify all orders are complete and accurate prior to delivery.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and routes.
• Maintain detailed driving log, including work periods, rest periods, and fuel expenses.
• Comply with all company policies and driving laws.
• Communicate with plant manager regarding deliveries, pickup, and customer concerns.
• Provide professional customer service on the road and at drop off locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
