Job summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Memphis, TN is hiring a Van Delivery Driver to ensure courteous, on-time, and accurate deliveries along a variable daily route. The role also supports store operations before or after routes.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of delivery driving and customer service experience, an unrestricted license, a clean driving record, and be 18 or older. Pre-employment checks including drug screen and MVR are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience and one year in customer service or related field preferred.
• Unrestricted Standard Operators License required.
• Must have a clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years).
• You must be a minimum of 18 years old (required).
• Pre-employment checks including a drug screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) will be conducted.
• Must be able to use a two-wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to Wholesale customers, build and maintain good customer relationships, and ensure timely deliveries.
• In-store duties include processing of customer purchases and securing assets per policies.
