Job summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Clinton Township is seeking a Van Delivery Driver to handle courteous, on-time deliveries along a daily route. You will operate the van professionally, assist with store operations as needed, and support customer relations with accurate, timely service.

The role requires at least 1 year of delivery driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. A pre-employment drug screen and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year delivery driving experience and 1 year in customer service or related field preferred.
• Must have an unrestricted Standard Operators License and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and handle loads up to 350 lbs with manual handling assistance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately locate and pick orders in-store for Wholesale customers.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspection of vehicle and equipment.
• In-store duties include processing customer purchases at the point of sale and ensuring security of assets.
