Pioneer Industrial Corporation is hiring a hands-on technician to support valve maintenance, repair, and field service across industrial settings in North America. You will follow safety procedures, operate basic shop equipment, and assist with disassembly and reassembly of valve components.

The role requires reading manuals, documenting work in our systems, coordinating with office staff, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Willingness to travel and maintain a clean, safe work area is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; trade/technical degree preferred.
• Ability to learn our trade and use hand and power tools.

Mansioni

• Operate overhead hoists, sand blaster, parts washer, torch, etc.
• Disassemble valves per manufacturer manuals without damaging parts.
• Document job data into ValvKeep and photograph work.
• Coordinate with office personnel on repair requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• May assist in field assignments as required.
• May climb and work at various elevations as needed.
• Possess forklift operation certificate and drive as required.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow all Pioneer Safety and Quality procedures and regulations
• Operate equipment – overhead hoists, sand blaster, parts washer, propylene torch, etc.
• Disassemble valve without damaging parts per the manufacturer’s Installation & Operation Manual
• Document and enter job data into ValvKeep database and document photos
• Coordinate with office personnel on repair requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain equipment in area, as required
• Cleaning, blasting, and painting valve components
• Return Valves/Parts to Proper Bins, Boxes, etc.
• Assemble, calibrate, tag and certify valve per manufacturer’s repair manuals
• May be required to help in field assignments
• May be required to climb and work at various elevations depending on job scope
• Operate motor vehicle, as required
• Attend job and safety training, as necessary or required

Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Desire a technical or trade school degree.
• The right candidate will the ability to learn our trade and has experience working hand and power tools.
