Job summary

Flow Control Industries in Woodinville, WA is seeking an Assembly Technician to ensure proper assembly and testing of DeltaPValves®. You will support production, engineering and customer service, while adhering to quality and safety policies in a team-focused facility.

Qualifications include 1+ year hands-on assembly experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate tools and test equipment. ISO 9001:2015 experience is a plus. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on assembly experience or training.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility, especially assembly or machine shop, is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an ISO 9001:2015 facility is a plus.
• Self-motivated, independent, reliable and a team player.
• Able to follow processes and instructions and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of assembly/calibration duties and troubleshoot per work instructions.
• Conduct factory acceptance testing and report anomalies to supervisor.
• Ensure build sheets, datasheets and quality sheets are complete and signed.
• Use standard/special tools and test equipment correctly.
• Maintain safe operating condition of test equipment and escalate repairs as needed.
• Assist in installing new equipment, painting parts and packaging finished goods.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
