Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor (3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) to lead 1–2 production areas in a fast‑paced facility.

You’ll coach operators, coordinate with a union or non‑union workforce, and ensure adherence to 5S and safety standards while meeting the daily production plan. You will drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standard work updates, with responsibilities including performance reviews and accurate

Value Stream Production SupervisorShift: 3rd (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)A night in the roleAt 10:55 p.m., you gather the team for a quick safety huddle. You review the production schedule, assign work across 1–2 focused areas on the line, and make sure every workstation aligns with 5S principles before the first unit moves. As the hours pass, you coach operators in a union or non‑union environment, remove roadblocks, and jump into troubleshooting—machine issues, process hiccups, material flow—keeping quality and pace on target. When nonconformances surface, you document, respond, and rally the right support for quick containment and corrective action.Between runs, you sketch updates to the value stream map, refine standard work, and plan a Kaizen you’ll lead later in the week. You log performance notes for upcoming appraisals, recognize wins on the floor, and keep records current and accurate.
