Job summary

Revvity in San Diego is seeking a Value Stream Planner II to coordinate and expedite production according to demand and quality standards. You will ensure our products are produced on time for distribution and have advanced communication and computer skills to manage ERP-driven workflows.

The role requires 4–6 years in production planning, ISO13485 experience, and strong ERP/MRP capabilities. You will collaborate with Production, QC, Customer Service and Procurement to optimize schedules and

Qualifications

BA or equivalent in Business Administration, Science, Operations, or related field.
4–6 years production planning experience required.
2 years in an ISO13485 environment.
ERP/MRP systems experience; NAV exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Create Production orders in the ERP system.
Production Order Follow-up for on time delivery of production requirements.
Prioritize and expedite production orders.
Review and schedule product replenishments to meet the master production schedule.
Coordinate production schedule with production departments.
Release Work Orders based on demand, material availability and work center capacity.
Communicate timing and status to other departments as needed.
Analyze and maintain complex spreadsheets and generate reports.
