You will assemble parts and fabricate raw materials into units or sub-assemblies using lean methods, standard work, and quality documents. Your role includes maintaining quality and following instructions to optimize workflow.

The position offers a starting pay of $18.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth in a hands‑on environment that rewards reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High School education or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and fabricate raw materials into complete units or sub-assemblies using lean methods and standard work.
• Utilize hand tools, light power tools, and other equipment; refer to drawings or quality documents to complete tasks.
• Ensure quality of items produced and document defects.
• Follow work instructions and training guides.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Suggest and assist in production process improvements to enhance workflow.
