Salary: $55,000 plus 10% annual incentive opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Value Stream Leader to oversee production operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality products on time. This role is responsible for managing people, improving processes, and ensuring the efficient use of resources across the production floor.

You will lead front-line teams, partner with materials and scheduling, and drive continuous improvement efforts that directly impact performance and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and develop assembly leads and production team members
• Manage staffing, performance, and daily production activities
• Support training and skill development through structured progression programs

Production Operations

• Oversee daily production through area leads to meet output and delivery goals
• Adjust staffing and resources to address schedule changes and meet demand

• Exposure to a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
• Standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required
• Flexible hours may be needed to support production schedules
