Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn, AL seeks a Value Creation Program Finance Manager to lead financial governance for Aftersales VCP initiatives, validate business cases, track actuals vs forecast, and perform ROI modeling. You will partner with VCP analytics and initiative owners, align with Central Finance, and prepare monthly realization reporting for executive leadership.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, 10+ years FP&A experience; strong modeling and executive reporting; MBA or CPA

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of finance, FP&A, or commercial finance experience.
Strong modeling of business cases, financial analysis, and executive reporting capability.
Experience partnering with operations or commercial teams to validate business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and strengthen VCP business cases and ROI models
Track actual financial results versus forecast for approved initiatives
Support financial review and approval processes for in process initiatives
Identify risks to value realization, AOI delivery, and forecast accuracy
Partner with VCP analytics and initiative owners to reconcile operational and financial reporting
Align with Central Finance on VCP financial methodology and reporting expectations
Prepare monthly financial realization reporting for leadership
