Job summary

a2b Fulfillment is hiring a Value-Added Services Associate in Ogden, UT to prepare retail orders for shipment. You will label, kit, assemble, repack, and palletize items using tablets and scanners while meeting quality and safety standards.

The role involves repetitive tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hourly position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or production preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to learn and operate tablets, scanners, printers, and pack-out software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old where required.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitting, assembly, repackaging, labeling, ticketing, and other VAS activities as assigned.
• Prepare retail products and orders according to established specifications.
• Use a tablet, scanner, printer, and pack-out software to process orders.
• Verify product and order information for accuracy.
• Repeatedly handle and process the same or similar products for extended periods.
• Package products using appropriate materials and procedures.
• Organize and palletize completed orders for shipment.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and reposition products, boxes, and materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Promptly report workplace hazards, damaged equipment, spills, and injuries.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Label and ticket products accurately.
