Job Summary:

We are seeking a Valuation Services Senior Associate to work on projects related to financial modeling and analysis, assisting clients in various valuation needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analyses.
2. Conducting business enterprise, intellectual property, asset impairment, and stock option valuations across multiple industries.
3. Performing valuation analyses on private and public entities using accepted approaches.
4. Gathering engagement data through client interactions and site visits.
5. Preparing and presenting analysis results clearly and effectively.
6. Developing proposals, presentations, and publications for clients.
7. Conducting in-depth research on clients, industries, markets, and competitors.
8. Collaborating with other firm practices including tax and audit.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a Finance focus), or an MBA.
2. At least 2 years of experience in business valuation, intangible assets, stock options, or financial models.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Leadership qualities and personal integrity.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a team environment.
