Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in valuation methodologies, particularly for complex assets.
• Experience building or overseeing complex valuation models.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including SEC Rule 2a-5.

Responsibilities

• Lead the valuation function end-to-end with ownership of committee materials.
• Define and execute the valuation strategy and operating model.
• Oversee daily and periodic valuation activities, including challenging pricing.
