Colliers is seeking a driven valuation professional in Houston to assist with market research, data analysis, and property appraisals. You will work on diverse commercial real estate projects, learning hands-on from senior staff in a hybrid office setting.
The role focuses on analyzing data, gathering market information, and supporting the appraisal process from start to finish while pursuing professional licensing paths.

This position is a Hybrid role based out of the local office.

Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience required for this role. The candidate’s pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.
Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short‑term / long‑term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave.
