Houlihan Lokey's Corporate Valuation Advisory Services seeks a Financial Analyst in New York with strong valuation and financial modeling skills to support M&A and restructuring engagements. You will collaborate with engagement teams and develop client-ready materials, including reports and presentations, across a range of industries.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in business valuation, corporate finance, or related fields.
• CPA and/or CFA preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform financial statement modeling and analysis for valuations related to M&A.
• Provide DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and other modeling analyses.
• Perform business valuations including purchase price allocation and intangible asset valuation.
• Assist with valuation needs related to tax planning, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Develop client materials including reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support in business development by assisting Associates and Officers.
