Job summary

Victoire Systems LLC in Tucson, AZ seeks a Test Lead/Test Manager to own end-to-end DV/PV programs for mechatronics in NPD. You will manage validation planning, DVP&R development, readiness, execution governance, and sign-off readiness.

You will coordinate across product, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and external labs to ensure the product meets functional, reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DV/PV programs in New Product Development.
• Ability to coordinate internal labs, suppliers, and customers.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and related test standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead DV and PV validation programs from planning to production launch readiness.
• Develop, update and control DVP&R; ensure traceability from requirements to tests.
• Coordinate test readiness including fixtures, rigs, and data acquisition.
• Review test data, trends, deviations, and reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal labs, external labs, suppliers and customers for validation activities.
