Job summary

Real Staffing is seeking a Validation Project Engineer to support the startup of a new laboratory in their facility. You will lead equipment qualification and process validation activities for newly installed lab equipment, coordinating IQ/OQ/PQ and writing the associated documentation.

The role requires collaboration with equipment vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure GMP and quality compliance, risk assessments, and timely delivery of validation reports as the lab goes live.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP requirements and risk assessments.

The hiring manager looking for someone who understands Process and Equipment Validations. They have a lab that is being built in the facility with some new equipment that will be installed. They are looking for an immediate hire that can come in and help write documents and coordinate validations.

The hiring manager is seeking a Validation Project Engineer to support the startup of a new laboratory within their facility. You will lead and coordinate equipment qualification and process validation activities for newly installed laboratory equipment. Responsibilities include authoring validation documentation (protocols, reports, validation plans, risk assessments), coordinating execution of IQ/OQ/PQ activities, working with equipment vendors and cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable GMP and quality requirements.
