Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Validation Engineer for a 9‑month contract in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on planning, executing and documenting validation activities for manufacturing equipment and fixtures, from protocol development through reporting.

The candidate will deliver IQ/OQ/PQ validation work, generate robust reports and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, manufacturing and quality. Strong technical writing and detail‑oriented skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Hands-on validation of equipment/fixtures.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and document validation protocols for equipment and fixtures.
• Execute IQ, OQ and PQ activities and document results.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive validation reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Draft procedures and controls for manufacturing and inspection.
• Maintain accurate, controlled validation documentation.
