Job description

The Validation Engineer will manage and maintain lab servers, test benches, and associated hardware infrastructure to support data center validation activities.

This role involves system provisioning, troubleshooting, automation scripting, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure lab readiness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lab servers, test benches, and associated hardware infrastructure.
• Perform system provisioning, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Support daily lab operations, including hardware bring‑up, firmware flashing, and network connectivity.
• Monitor lab health and promptly resolve system or network issues.
• Maintain lab inventory and manage access control.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages to improve efficiency.
• Collect and analyze logs using Kusto/KQL, Splunk, or equivalent tools for troubleshooting and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure lab readiness for validation and development activities.
• Document lab processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide on‑call or after‑hours support for lab issues as required.
