Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 4–6 years Validation experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment (OTC, cosmetics, or personal care).
• Experience leading audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site validation and contamination control strategy for equipment, processes, and facility changes.
• Develop, implement, and improve cleaning validation, environmental monitoring, and utility systems.
• Own audit readiness and serve as SME during internal and external audits and inspections.
