Job summary

ProCaps Labs seeks a Validation Chemist to advance analytic method validation, verification, and quality systems within a GMP-regulated Henderson, NV laboratory. You will collaborate with QC/QA teams and drive data integrity improvements across the method lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with hands-on instrumentation experience, LIMS familiarity, and a track record in investigations and CAPA aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related discipline required.
• Minimum 2+ years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with analytical method validation, method verification, and investigations preferred.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytical method validation and verification studies per approved protocols.
• Review and document validation results to ensure quality and traceability.
• Support remediation efforts and reduction of validation backlogs.
• Assist in development, revision, and implementation of validation protocols and reports.
• Perform GMP/GLP/ISO compliance activities and data integrity reviews.
• Lead investigations and CAPA development related to method performance.
• Assist in audit readiness and accreditation activities.
