Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Valet Supervisor at PARKVIEW WABASH HOSPITAL. You will supervise valet and shuttle operations, ensuring safe, timely and high-quality transportation for guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day valet and shuttle activities, ensuring smooth service flow and safety.
• Assist in training valet attendants and shuttle drivers to meet guest service and safety standards.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle assignments and shuttle routes to meet changing demands and improve efficiency.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction regarding quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Travel between campus locations as needed to ensure cohesive operations across sites.
