Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Valet to warmly welcome guests, retrieve vehicles, and maintain organized records for parking operations. The role emphasizes a courteous service mindset and reliable guest support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include parking vehicles, assisting guests, and adhering to safety and company procedures. Applicants should be at least 21, with a valid CA driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have valid CA Driver's License.
• Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Park customer vehicles effectively and efficiently.
• Return vehicles upon request promptly.
• Greet customers in a courteous manner and provide Premier customer service.
• Communicate with customers and staff about parking and guest services.
• Accept cash payments for valet services where applicable.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Observe safety precautions at all times.
• Accurately use claim check process to return vehicles.

Pay Rate: $16.90/Hour, Plus Tips opportunity!

PURPOSE

The Valet is responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, promptly retrieving their vehicles, maintaining organized records of parked vehicles, and ensuring safe and efficient parking.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively and efficiently park customer vehicles.
• Return customer vehicles upon request in a timely fashion.
• Greet customers in a courteous manner; provide Premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
• Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest services.
• If applicable at the location, accept cash payments for valet services.
• Work independently and as part of the team
• Observe safety precautions at all times.
• Accurately use claim check process to return the correct vehicle to each guest.
• Follow all procedures and policies to ensure the safety of all employees and guests.
• Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
