LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet & Shuttle Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service while parking and retrieving vehicles and operating shuttles. You will assist customers, maintain safety protocols, and support daily transportation operations across commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per company standards.
• Minimum of two years of driving experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to safely operate passenger shuttle vehicles and customer vehicles.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules based on operational requirements.
• Ability to lift and assist with packages, luggage, and customer belongings when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide directions as needed.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles and manage valet tickets.
• Operate company shuttle vehicles and assist passengers with boarding/exiting.
• Maintain safe traffic flow and ensure parking areas are organized and customer-focused.
• Collaborate with parking operations and transportation teams to support daily needs.
