Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville is seeking an energetic Valet/Porter to greet customers, move and park vehicles, and support Service Advisors throughout the day. You will help create a welcoming and efficient service experience in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate and park a variety of vehicles.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly as they arrive in the Service Department.
• Connect customers with the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Safely move and park customer vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Install protective floor and seat coverings in customer vehicles.
• Position vehicles in the service lane and prepare them for service.
• Maintain an organized service lane and keep vehicle traffic moving efficiently.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and team members regarding needs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming Service Department.
• Treat customer vehicles with care and respect.
