Job summary

P&W Foreign Cars in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring for a valet to provide friendly, efficient service for our BMW and MINI customers. This is a frontline role offering benefits and growth opportunities.

You will handle vehicle pickup/delivery, maintain a neat lot, examine loaner vehicles, and ensure customer car care meets standards. A valid driver's license and a professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Able to maintain a professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous valet or customer service experience preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs service valet pick-up and delivery functions.
• Safely operates Center loaner vehicles and customer vehicles during pick-up and delivery.
• Transports and organizes vehicles on the dealership lot, making sure they are clean and have gas.
• Performs basic explanation of loaner policies and guidelines to customers and secures authorization signatures on loaner contract.
• Cleans customer vehicles as needed in limited circumstances.
• Verifies receipt of and performs damage inspection on loaner vehicles when picking up from customers.
