Job summary

Apple Autos in Minnesota is seeking an Automotive Service Runner (Part Time) to support our busy service department. You will park and retrieve vehicles, shuttle customers, keep service areas clean, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and a neat, professional appearance. Valid driver's license and a customer-service mindset are essential, with training provided and opportunities for advancement within our multi-brand dealership.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customers, company, and rental vehicles.
• Drive shuttle vehicles.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the service areas.
• Provide all customers with an exceptional experience.
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers.
• Clean and stage rental cars.
• Assist with snow removal on vehicles and on lot.
• Present a clean and professional appearance to customers.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.
