Job summary

Pacific Parking LLC is seeking a hands-on Valet Parking Supervisor to lead our event teams in the Portland area. You will coordinate attendants, manage parking operations, and communicate with clients on-site while parking and retrieving vehicles with the team. This part-time role focuses on weekend engagements and outdoor work in varying weather conditions, supporting weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings.

Qualifications

• Valet parking experience is required.
• Experience supervising or leading a valet team is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work weekend mornings and/or evenings, sometimes until midnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead attendants during setup, guest arrivals, service, and teardown.
• Assign positions and adjust staffing as traffic changes.
• Keep vehicle keys, parking areas, and traffic flow organized.
• Greet guests and help resolve service concerns professionally.
• Serve as the on-site contact for clients and event staff.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, and report any incidents promptly.
• Set the standard for punctuality, appearance, and guest service.

Position Overview
