Job summary

HHM Hotels in Washington, DC is seeking a courteous valet/bell person to welcome guests on arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and support a smooth transition between vehicle and lobby.

You will park and retrieve vehicles, use claim tickets for accurate delivery, read luggage tags, and handle bags up to 75 lbs. You will follow HHM's EarthView sustainability guidelines and maintain safety and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure and park and retrieve guests' vehicles
• Use claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery of vehicles
• Read luggage tags and provide claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery
• Grasp, lift and carry or move packages up to 75 lbs from cars, buses and vans and place onto baggage carts or in a secure area
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program and maintain safety standards
