Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking friendly, professional Valet Attendants to join the Memphis Riverline Hotel team. You’ll greet guests, assist with luggage and doors, and provide hotel information, delivering a warm, memorable arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities include safely parking and retrieving vehicles, completing valet tickets, and maintaining a polished appearance. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests warmly and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, accurately, and courteously.
• Maintain secure and organized vehicle keys and accurately process valet tickets.
• Uphold AAA Parking and hotel partner standards with a professional appearance and teamwork.
