Job summary

The role requires a valid Virginia driver’s license, 1 year of customer service or valet lead experience, and the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions. Reading and writing in English is essential; occasional weekend work and inclement weather

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to read and write in English.
• Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license with a positive driving record.
• At least 1 year of customer service, valet captain, or valet lead experience.
• Must be able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Direct the initial parking process and assign parking spots at valet locations.
• Inspect vehicles and provide clear instructions to attendants on vehicle placement and flow.
