Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a dependable valet attendant who excels at guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, manage valet tickets, and oversee the parking area while ensuring safe handling of belongings.

You must hold a valid driver’s license, have a clean driving record, and be able to lift luggage as needed. This role requires reliability, friendliness, and a readiness to support guests throughout events.

• Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmission.
• Strong physical capacity to lift heavy luggage and move quickly to parking areas.

We’re hiring a dependable, responsible, friendly valet attendant who loves helping people and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll provide excellent customer service at our property daily and during special events by greeting guests when they arrive, parking guest vehicles in the designated area, and then retrieving the vehicles upon guest departure in a safe manner. You will keep track of valet tickets and oversee the parking lot. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

Compensation: $16 per hour

Qualifications

• A passion for superb guest service and strong interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Can drive a vehicle with automatic and manual transmission
• Have strong physical capacity to lift heavy luggage and run to parking lot for vehicle retrieval
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle’s parking location on the claim ticket
• Take care of other necessary duties as assigned
• Support guests by taking care of their luggage and ensuring it’s placed in a secure area
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests by name and be ready to converse about hotel events or answer questions about hotel services
• Drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them in an efficient and safe manner
