Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• No prior traffic offences.

• Excellent observation, communication, guest service, and report-writing skills.
• Minimum one year of previous experience in a large convention hotel environment.
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving and departing from the hotel with their vehicle needs.
• Assist with unloading guests' luggage.
• Park vehicles safely.
• Retrieve cars for guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that parked cars are locked and keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.
• Follow hotel SOPs and procedures.
