Job summary

Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Parking - Valet Svcs Attendant to deliver premier service in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will greet guests, offer valet services, and assist with flow between valet, registration, and service areas, while maintaining a safe, orderly workspace.

Requires 3+ years in hospitality or customer service, money handling experience, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is required; CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in hospitality industry, customer service, or related field.
• Prior money handling experience.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving customers at vehicles or entry doors in a positive, professional manner.
• Proactively offer parking and valet services and provide directions as needed.
• Assist in guiding patient/visitor flow between valet, registration, and service areas.
• Keep valet area clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
