Selig Parking is seeking enthusiastic Valet/Guest Service Associates at Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown to provide aggressive hospitality to hotel guests in a dynamic, outdoor setting. The role requires quick guest interaction, precise vehicle parking and a polished, safety-conscious approach in a high-traffic environment.

You will greet guests promptly, assist with vehicle retrieval, and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while adhering to uniform standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.

• Enjoys outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests within 30 seconds with professional, fast and friendly service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Open doors and provide information and directions.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, hotel staff and co-workers.
• Immediately secure all keys.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
• Ensure valet experiences are memorable and unique.
• Move quickly to retrieve cars and drive slowly when presenting them.
• Be aware of outdoor conditions and safety considerations.
