Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking friendly Valet/Greeters to welcome patients, visitors and staff at hospital entrances. You will open doors, assist guests into and out of vehicles and guide traffic safely.

You will load and unload belongings and document any vehicle damage prior to valet handoff, ensuring a safe, welcoming experience. A valid Indiana driver's license and strong communication are required, with chauffeur’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work with others as a team.
• Controls the flow of vehicle traffic at the hospital entrance.
• Helps guests load and unload belongings.
• Assess and document any vehicle damage prior to taking possession of a vehicle for valet service.
• Operate vehicles in accordance to valet service standards in a safe and professional manner.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record, which meets insurance criteria. Chauffeur’s license preferred.
• Patient/customer transport experience preferred.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
