Job summary

SP+ is seeking friendly, safety-minded valet drivers to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. You will greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, explain rates, and follow traffic laws to ensure a smooth experience. A valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic with US currency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking, noting any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a clean uniform and be punctual for each shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
