Job summary

Platinum Parking, Valet Division, is seeking a Valet Associate for our Downtown Dallas hotel. You’ll greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver premium service during the PM shifts. This role emphasizes safety, customer care, and professional presentation.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, uniforms, and growth opportunities. A valid Texas driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to stay active during shifts are required; tips supplement an hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work PM shifts between 3pm and 2am
• Valid Texas driver's license with no restrictions
• Clean driving record
• Age 19 or older
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable phone and internet access
• No face, neck, or hand tattoos
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
• Be clean shaven (mustache/goatee allowed)
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background and driving record checks
• Willingness to undergo random drug screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Maintain high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Work under pressure, adapt to shifts, and stay motivated to improve tips.
• Represent Platinum Parking as the face of the operation and ensure positive guest experiences.
• Ensure safe parking and excellent customer experience during all interactions.
