Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide professional customer service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and vehicle retrieval procedures to guests.
• Inspect vehicles before taking possession and follow company procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.
• Assist guests and help resolve customer concerns.
• Stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Perform light cleaning, maintenance tasks, and special projects as assigned.
