Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent working experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a cashier.
• Previous experience working in the hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services in a highly professional manner.
• Ensure smooth and efficient flow of guests exiting valet.
• Process various forms of payment such as credit cards and cash.
• Count, track and monitor guest/owner car keys on demand.
• Balance receipt tapes against the cash drawer.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash and other payments.
• Monitor traffic flow and manage calls for extended wait times.
