Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a cashier.
• Previous experience working in the hospitality industry, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services in a highly professional manner.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of guests exiting valet.
• Process various forms of payment such as credit cards and cash.
• Count, track, and monitor guest/owner car keys.
• Balance receipt tapes against cash drawer.
• Accountable for all revenue during the shift.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance problems.
• Prepare daily cash reports.
• Monitor traffic flow and manage calls during extended wait times.
