Job summary

Harrah’s Laughlin, operated by Caesars Entertainment, is seeking a motivated Hotel Valet Cashier to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced resort setting. You will greet guests, assist with parking, manage ticketing, and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front-of-house roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate card transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with valet parking and vehicle retrieval in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Process cash and card transactions for valet services and issue receipts.
• Coordinate with security and front desk to ensure smooth guest flow and safety.
