FC Parking and Hospitality Services is seeking a Part-Time Valet Attendant in Naperville, IL. You will greet guests, assist with parking and retrieving vehicles, and provide directions to ensure a superior guest experience. Weekend shifts are required, with premium weekend hours and tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years driving record.
• No major moving violations within 3 years.
• Background check conducted per applicable laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

• Greet guests with a smile and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles.

$25.00- $30.00 an hour with tips

Valet Attendants are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional customer service experience!

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS:

• EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DRIVING RECORD:3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• PROFESSIONALISM:Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• COMPLIANCE:Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment iscontingent upon the successful completion of a backgroundcheck conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog foran 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbsfor short periods of time.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
