Job summary

Evolution Hospitality seeks a Valet Attendant in Oakland to ensure guest vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently. You will greet guests, manage keys and tickets, and deliver friendly, professional service that sets the tone for a memorable stay.

You’ll handle luggage, assist with shuttle needs, and help direct traffic while maintaining composure in varying conditions. This role offers outdoor work and a focus on courteous guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record (MVR); able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and commitment to company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ultimate Guest Hero: Go above and beyond—help with luggage, shuttle guests in oversized rides, direct traffic, and answer phones with top-notch courtesy.
• Curbside Champion: Keep the curb looking sharp and the operation running clean, all while delivering the Aimbridge Hospitality touch and adapting to whatever the day brings.
