Job summary

Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly greet members and guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and assist with the restaurant-to-go operation. This seasonal role runs October 2026 through May 2027.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, along with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions, stand for long periods, and run long distances with urgency.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Be able to drive manual and automatic transmissions.
• Be at least 19 years of age or have a minimum 3-year driving record.
• Be able to run fast and long distances to retrieve vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and recognize members.
• Safely park vehicles from the front of the clubhouse to the parking lot and return them promptly.
• Assist restaurant to-go operation by walking orders out to members’ cars.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Work in exposed conditions and be able to stand for long periods.

Join the Food & Beverage team at one of the largest private country clubs in North America, Desert Mountain Club, as a Valet Attendant!

Season: October 2026 – May 2027

In this role, you will play a key role in executing an exceptional experience to the restaurant's member’s as their first and last interaction! You will be responsible for promptly and safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles upon arrival and departure from the clubhouses. You will report directly to the Clubhouse Manager.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be a Team Player Dedicated To Delivering Excellence With a Great Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, And Ability To Work In a Fast Pace Environment. Prior Valet Experience Is a Plus. Qualified Candidates Must

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and using member recognition.
• Safely park vehicles driving from front of clubhouse to parking lot. Return vehicles quickly when members are ready to leave.
• Assist the restaurant to-go operation by walking orders out to members cars.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Exposed to extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather) – Regularly
• Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required to stand for long periods of time.
• Required to run long distances with a sense of urgency to retrieve vehicles.
• Required to operate a motor vehicle.
