Job summary

Premium Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant in Phoenix, AZ. You will greet guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with directions and luggage while delivering a memorable guest experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include 3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am, with pay between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart.
• Able to bend, twist, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required.
• Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment.
• Assist with special events, high-volume periods, and site-specific operational needs.

QualificationsRequired Job Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required
• 3 years of licensed driving experience
• Walk at a brisk pace or jog
• Bending, sitting, and standing repeatedly
• Pulling and pushing, as in opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift
• May be required to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
• Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity

Preferred:

• Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
• Previous experience in a related field preferred
• A minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
