Job summary

Sagewood is seeking a Valet Attendant for part-time hours in Phoenix. The role includes receiving and delivering packages, assisting residents, and transporting people or items using a golf cart. You will be trained as a back-up to the Concierge when needed.

Requirements include 18+, AZ driver’s license, CPR/First Aid and AED training, and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. Flu vaccination is required, and you’ll join a team that values hospitality and exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a satisfactory driving record and AZ driver’s license.
• Must hold CPR and First Aid certifications and be trained in AED procedures.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Able to read and communicate in English with residents.
• Comfortable with computers and basic software (Excel/Outlook).
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 40 lb, push/pull up to 250 lb.

Responsibilities

• Provide package receiving/deliveries and other related services to residents.
• Transport residents using a golf cart or with escort.
• Assist as a back-up to Concierge when needed.
• This is not a car parking position.

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Schedule: Tuesday 9am-5:30pm/Saturday 9am-5:30pm/Sunday 9am-5:30pm (24 hours per week)

Days, hours may be adjusted during holiday peak season.

Our Sagewood and Acacia Health Center is recruiting a Valet . In this role you are providing package receiving/deliveries along with other services. These services will include transporting groceries, luggage, dry cleaning, or other items to and from resident homes. You will transport residents using a golf cart or escorting. This position will also be trained as a back-up to the Concierge, if needed. This is not a car parking position.

Who are you:

• Must be 18 years or older with a satisfactory driving record (must have a current AZ driver's license).
• Must hold a valid CPR Certification, First Aid Certification and be trained in AED procedures.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Great customer service with hospitality.
• Must be able to communicate and read effectively in English with residents and have adequate reading skills applicable delivering items.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Must be comfortable working with computers.
• Physical fitness, ability to walk, stand, lift, or meet other physical demands. Typically lifting up to 40 pounds with the ability to push/pull up to 250 pounds.
• Patience and compassion when dealing with others, especially those who are sick, injured, elderly, or from diverse backgrounds.
