• Greet residents and guests with professionalism; assist with carts, packages, and call-ahead vehicles.
• Respect resident vehicles and preferences, ensuring care and attention at all times.
• Monitor garage flow and security, including rounds, camera checks, and guest access protocols.
• Support maintenance/janitorial needs such as trash/recycling prep, small cleanups, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garage, valet area, and equipment.
